​Hi, I’m Carlos Ortiz, a fast learner with a passion for supporting beauty entrepreneurs as a virtual assistant. I take pride in quickly adapting to new processes and tools, making me an efficient and reliable part of any team. With a background in multimedia design, I bring creativity and organization to every task I handle.

With a bit of over 5 years of customer service experience and 1 year as a virtual assistant for a tattoo artist but that got cut short due to covid, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for delivering exceptional service across various industries. While I’ve gained valuable experience in retail, my true passion has always been the beauty industry. In 2021, I took the leap to pursue this passion, and I haven’t looked back since.

With over 22 years of experience in customer service, project, and administrative management, I thrive on delivering high-quality results and serving others. Recently, I worked as a Resource Manager at the Army Air Force Exchange Service in Dallas, TX, overseeing administrative functions, staffing, contractor onboarding, and budget management for the IT department.
